"Some people change the way you do business. Others change the way you see yourself, the world, and what’s truly possible. Sean has done all three for me.
I met Sean over three years ago, standing in line at an airport in Chicago on our way to Tony Robbins’ Platinum experience. Neither of us could have imagined that a chance encounter would turn into one of the most meaningful friendships and relationships of my life.
Since then, we’ve become best friends, business partners, coaches to one another, and each other’s biggest cheerleaders. We’ve celebrated incredible victories together and walked alongside each other through some of life’s toughest challenges.
I’ve spent nearly 30 years building businesses and a real estate portfolio that has reached over $175 million. I’ve experienced extraordinary success, but I’ve also experienced painful setbacks. And one thing I’ve learned is that financial success doesn’t automatically mean you’ve mastered your mindset, your confidence, your relationships, or yourself. That’s where Sean has made an extraordinary impact on my life.
His coaching has challenged me to think bigger, believe deeper, lead stronger, and stop placing limitations on what’s possible. He’s helped me recognize blind spots I didn’t even know existed. He’s challenged my natural tendency to trust too easily, teaching me that you can have a big heart while still protecting yourself through wisdom, discernment, and the principle of trust but verify.
Sean doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. He has the courage to tell you what you need to hear. And he does it because he genuinely cares about the person you’re becoming, not just the success you’re achieving. But here’s what makes Sean truly special: He’s the guy who shows up. No questions asked. No hidden agenda. Whether you’re celebrating on top of the mountain or fighting your way through the valley, he’s standing beside you. I look up to Sean tremendously, not simply for what he’s accomplished, but for his character, loyalty, conviction, and the way he invests in the people he loves.
At this stage of my life, I’m not looking for someone to teach me how to make another dollar. I’m looking for people who challenge me to become a better leader, a better friend, a better businessman, and ultimately a better man.
Sean has done exactly that. I’m a firm believer that the greatest return on investment in life isn’t always measured in dollars. Sometimes it’s measured in the people who help you become someone you never thought you could be. Sean has been that person for me. I’m incredibly grateful for his coaching, honored to call him my business partner, and even more blessed to call him my best friend and brother."
